Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Buyers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is significantly different from the description or agreed quality.
- The product is missing parts/accessories as promised during purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items) are non-returnable unless delivered in damaged or defective condition.
Return Process
- Submit a return request through your account on Kartto.com or email us at returns@kartto.com within the stipulated timeframe.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for supporting documents like images of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, we will coordinate the pickup of the product or request the buyer to ship it back to the seller.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations by Buyer
- Buyers may cancel orders before the seller ships the product by contacting our customer support team or directly through the Kartto.com dashboard.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You can opt for a return after delivery as per our Returns Policy.
Order Cancellations by Seller
- Sellers may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability. In such cases:
- Buyers will be notified immediately.
- A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
